Search Engine Optimizer SEO Expert

We have a position vacant for search engine optimizer to perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities and Duties

·  Using web tools to track Monitor, track, and report on trend analysis, site traffic, rankings and paid search metrics.
·  Researching keywords using Google and important search engines.
·  Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings using white hat techniques.
·  Implement link building and back link strategy and Internal link optimization.
·  Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues.
·  Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies.
·  Understanding of algorithms.
·  Directory submissions and revisions.
·  Website remediation, Key phrase research, META optimization.
·  Stay up to date on the latest industry developments.
·  Coordinate across all departments.

Education and Qualification
·  Excellent Internet and computer skills.
·  Knowledge of online marketing and search engine optimization.

Web Developer

A competent Web Developer position is vacant with the below job responsibilities:

·  Develop website layout and architecture keeping in view the visual appearance, images (photos, illustrations, videos, etc.) and usability of a website while also using a     combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge.
·  Produce website in line with the Search Engine Optimization techniques and rules with a logical navigation system and all required features to optimize content/text and     images.
·  Design and write web pages with a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Actionscript, ColdFusion, .Net, Flash, or using code-generating programs,     such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Paint Shop Pro and Visual Studio that are compatible with a wide range of hardware and software.
·  Must have knowledge of the most current HTML extensions to add special features to web pages such as animations, download & inquiry forms and interactive surveys. FTP     (file transfer protocol) knowledge is a must.
·  Must constantly stay abreast of new developments in graphics software packages as well as those in the SEO.
·  Test the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions and fix errors.
·  Skills in e-commerce and server side technologies, such as PHP and .Net, and internet security are important.
·  Constantly update website under given guidelines to remain current.

Sales Executive & Coordinator

We have 2 positions vacant for Sales Reps to perform below tasks;
·  Handle email correspondence, copy writing, legal writing, and follow-ups as per guidance by Directors.
·  Shortlist prospects on the basis of given guidelines, prepare and maintain sales leads file.
·  Pitch the most potential prospects and maintain each update and details under ACT!, CRM program.
·  Create, manage and maintain positive relationships with Corporate and individual prospects and clients.
·  Schedule meetings and visit prospects to present Company services and Portfolio.
·   Promptly followup on opportunities until materialization.
·   Use CRM software to update information, report/followup on prospects/clients and achieve KPIs.
·   Coordinate across all divisions including Directors offices, Marketing, Design & development departments.
·   Develop and assist with the implementation of marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as decided.
·   Take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing. Run and manage marketing/sales campaigns.
·   Develop and circulate promotional material in coordination with Supervisor.
·   Daily check Tender notices, new opportunities and act as indicated by Directors.
·   Property postings on website and improvement of website where required with needed SEO keywords and link building.
·   Social media page posting of information. Use of other social media websites and blogs to publicize LS as positioned.
·   Any other work assigned by the supervisor.

Copy Writer

A creative writer, well versed with English vocabulary is required to;
·  Handle email and letter correspondence.
·  Develop content for news articles, promotional materials (brochure, flyer, pole signs, billboards, packaging etc.), websites and blogs.
·  Create profiles on social networks and update news/pages accordingly.
·  Develop business plan, services portfolios, marketing strategy, brand policy.
·  Develop content for corporate presentation and other research based material.
·  Coordinate across all departments.

Media Marketing Officer

A well-spoken presentable candidate is required to:
·  Develop and assist with the implementation of marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
·  Create, manage and maintain positive relationships with Corporate and individual prospects and clients. Schedule meetings and
     visit them to present Company services and Portfolio.
·  Promptly followup on opportunities until materialization. Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.
·  Use CRM software to update information, report/followup on prospects/clients and achieve KPIs.
·  Take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing. Run and manage marketing/sales campaigns
·  Develop and circulate promotional material in coordination with Design/Studio Department and as instructed by Directors.
